Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us at support@anyu-jiuzhou.com to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- For quality issues or wrong items: We cover return shipping costs
- For customer preference returns: Customer covers return shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or customized products
- Items marked as final sale
- Digital products
How to Initiate a Return
